Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

1/2 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup your favorite yogurt

Combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed. Add more liquid or pumpkin/banana until you reach desired thickness. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Overnight Oats

1⁄2 cup rolled oats
1⁄4 cup canned pumpkin puree 1⁄2 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey) 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg Optional: 1⁄4 cup your favorite yogurt

Combine and mix all ingredients in a container that you can seal and use for breakfast. Let oats sit sealed in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Eat cold in the morning, or heat up for 1-2 minutes. Top with pumpkin seeds, pecans and cinnamon or anything you please!
