It’s getting cold. You could be tired, burnt out, or maybe missing home and wanting to see your family. Late-semester can be a hard time for people, and it’s easy to fall off the tracks with school, extracurriculars and your social life. It’s normal to feel a little bit of a slump. How you manage your feelings and emotions due to this is extremely important. For me, one of the best ways for me to get out of a personal slump is to change things up a bit. Try out a new study space on campus, order food on a night you’d normally eat Trim and get your work done with friends, or listen to a different type of music when working out. These might reignite a fire within to finish strong. Do whatever works best for you! Of course, a little R&R is extremely important as well. Always stay mindful of how you feel both physically and mentally, and apply yourself accordingly!
