As we settle into the Spring semester, Intramural Sports are ramping up. Robin Reeves, the new assistant athletics director for fitness and recreation, is excited to make new changes here at Babson. Robin is a resource to all students for anything fitness. Feel free to reach out to her or stop by her office in BRAC anytime!
What are you most excited about being at Babson?
I grew up an athlete and have worked in various settings of health care, athletics and recreating. Coming to Babson I’m excited to create all types of wellness opportunities for students and our Babson community based off my previous experience
What are some of your goals for this semester?
The return of intramurals and group exercise classes! We were able to establish 13 different leagues for students to participate in and we are offering complimentary group exercise classes like yoga and martial arts.
How do you plan to be a known resource for all students on campus?
I want students to know I’m an open resource for all their wellness needs! BRAC is collaborating with different groups on campus such as Trim Dining hall to promote Babson student wellness services.
What do you want students to know about you?
I’m here to help students find their fitness and discover new physically active ways to connect with peers. Stop by my office and say hello!
